EXCHANGE, REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Returns & Exchanges
We hope you will be delighted with our products. However, if you are not completely satisfied you can return or exchange the item within 14 days.
The item must not been worn and is still in a saleable condition with the labels attached. Any products returned must be received by us in the same condition and, to the extent possible, in the same packaging as when we delivered them to you. We reserve the right to make a deduction from the refund if we find the goods are not in the same condition they were dispatched as and are not in re-saleable condition. This decision will be made at our absolute discretion. Any refunds provided will be notified to you and will credited to your Paypal account within 14 business days of receipt of the returned goods. We recommend you obtain proof of postage when returning goods to us.
Please note we are unable to refund or exchange an item without a receipt and the refund will only be made to the original payer. Return payments can only be made by the original payment method (i.e.Paypal).
- If you decide to return PART OF YOUR ORDER: you will be entitled to a partial refund, subject to the conditions laid out above. Please note you will not be entitled to a refund on the postage paid on the original order. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us, at your own expense which is not refundable by us.
- If you decide to return YOUR FULL ORDER: you will be entitled to a full refund subject to the conditions laid out above. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us, at your own expense which is not refundable by us, unless the item is faulty. If the item is faulty, then the cost of returning the goods will be expensed by us.
Faulty or Damaged Items
We take extra care in ensuring our items are of the highest quality, but if however in the unlikely event the item is faulty or damaged, please return the item to us within 14 days. We will refund the full item cost and the refund postage cost. If you would prefer an exchange of the damaged or faulty item we will send this to you with free standard delivery.
Items should be sent in their original packaging, marked as “returned goods”. When returning items, we advise you to obtain proof of posting from the post office as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost on return to us. Once we have received and verified the returned item we will initiate the refund, replacement or exchange.

If you have placed an order but then decide to change or cancel it please contact us as soon as possible, as we aim to process our orders as soon as possible.
We will do our best to make any changes however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so as the order may already have been processed. In such cases, we will inform you and we request you to wait until you receive the order and then follow the normal Returns Policy guidelines.
How to request an exchange, cancellation or refund of your order
To request an exchange or refund of your order, please fill in our Contact Us form within seven days of receipt stating:
1) Your order number
2) Product name & SKU reference
3) Reason for return and whether you would like a cancellation, exchange or refund.
We will then send you an email with further instructions.
Returned products must be unused with labels and packaging intact. Please note returns are at your own expense.
Once we receive the returned products, we will process and refund / exchange the products within 14 working days.
