We do our very best to dispatch the items as soon as possible. However during busy periods and unforeseen circumstances there may be a delay in the receipt of the items. All of our deliveries are subject to stock availability and payment authorisation, and that you are available to accept the delivery.

We hope you will be delighted with our products. However, if you are not completely satisfied you can return the item by emailing us at within 14 days of delivery. You then have another 14 days to return the item to us. Please note the return postage cost will be covered by you. We recommend you obtain proof of postage when returning goods to us.
The item must not been used and is still in a saleable condition with the labels attached. Any products returned must be received by us in the same condition and, to the extent possible, in the same packaging as when we delivered them to you. We reserve the right to make a deduction from the refund if we find the goods are not in the same condition they were dispatched as and are not in re-saleable condition. This decision will be made at our absolute discretion.
Any refunds provided will be notified to you and will credited to your original payment method account within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.
Please note we are unable to refund an item without a receipt and the refund will only be made to the original payer. Return payments can only be made by the original payment method.
We do not offer an exchange service. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
If you have placed an order but then decide to change or cancel it please email us at as soon as possible, as we aim to process our orders as soon as possible.
We will do our best to make any changes however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so as the order may already have been processed. In such cases, we will inform you and we request you to wait until you receive the order and then follow the normal Returns Policy guidelines.
